Deliveries and Returns

We accept orders and ship worldwide:

Turnaround time: 90% of all none prescription orders are shipped with 48 hours of receipt. You should allow 3 weeks for custom made prescription lenses to be made. Complex prescriptions and lens coatings will take longer. We have slightly different shipping rates depending on the delivery destination so please check the postage charges. We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail delivery service, below is a list of Royal mails quoted delivery times:

UK Deliveries:

Royal Mail Tracked 24® Aim to deliver the next working day

Royal Mail Tracked 48® Aim to deliver in two to three working days

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 1pm

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am Guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 9am

International Signed Aim to deliver to:

 - Europe within three to five working days

 - Rest of the world within five to seven working days


 International Tracked and Signed Aim to deliver to:

 - Western Europe within two to three working days

 - Eastern Europe within three to four working days

 - Rest of the world within six to seven working days


Paying by debit or credit card:

Due to the high risk of fraud, all first time orders will be shipped to the billing address only. In an effort to expedite order processing and to ensure accuracy, we prefer that all orders be placed online. Orders placed by phone or fax add 48 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Warranty Information: Your sunglasses are fully warranted by each manufacturer for one year against manufacturer's defects. Please note: no warranty by any eyewear manufacturer covers scratched lenses or accidental breakage or damage. Each piece of eyewear is carefully inspected before shipment. If damage occurs during shipment, please contact the shipper. Repairs of defects for all eyewear under warranty are usually at no charge. However, you will be required to show proof of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts and transaction records.

If you have changed your mind:

Our "NO QUIBBLE" guarantee means that you can buy with total confidence. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days and we will refund you the price of the item NB This offer does not extend to PRESCRIPTION LENSES. The eyewear must be returned to us, new and unused with all tags in place. You must use the original packaging to ensure its safe return. Please contact us before making any return to acquire a Returns Note Number(RTN)this is to ensure that once the goods have been received back at our warehouse they can be traced. Note we strictly adhere to the distant sellers act and our policy in no way affects your statutory rights. Refunds do not include postage and packing costs.

Useful tips on how to return your Eyewear:

1. Return your eyewear in its original packaging that will ensure itís not damaged when we receive it.

2. Clearly mark on the package with your return address.

3. We do not recommend you use the name UK Eyewear as part of the address. This is in case someone considers the contents to be valuable. Instead make the package for the attention of Natasha

4. With in the UK we recommend you use Royal Mail, for small package between 100 to 500gm they represent the best value for money. Send your package recorded delivery, that way you will always be able to track itís whereabouts.
