Really cool glasses love the fact you can remove the side shields.

These glacier glasses are both stylish and functional. They look good and they also protect the eyes from harmful UV rays when skiing or climbing in the mountains. They are well constructed and should give reasonable wear and the price was very competitive.
Rodger –
Great alternative to goggles.
Piaste –
I was given a pair of these before spending two weeks winter hiking in Scotland, and it was bright enough to use them regularly. They performed well; low fogging, clear lenses, proved to be very robust when thrown in a rucksack. Good design fit my head well, materials are solid and the neck cord is very useful. Eye guards were very useful when the spindrift was blowing in, others had resorted to full goggles, but these coped fine. Good value for the money.
Sean Harris –
Good budget option for alpine use.

Was pleasantly surprised. Yes a little pricey, but the fit is generous. There light to wear and stay in position. I suppose you could find something similar cheaper, but a branded item always looks better and you tend to mind it more. Planning to wear them trekking around Mint Blanc this Year.
