    After selecting to have your sports glasses sent WITH prescription lenses. We now require 2 more important pieces of information.

    1. Details of the eye test results, which can be uploaded for a file or attached as a picture. If you prefer you can simply type the prescription powers into the text box provided.
    2. We require a PD measurement, which is the distance between pupils. For a more detailed explanation follow this LINK
    3. Please note prescription lenses are not cancelable or refundable as stated in our terms and conditions.

    There are a number of ways to provide your eye test results. (1) If you are using a mobile you can take a picture with your phone and upload it with your order. (2) You can attach your eye test from a file and upload, or you can (3) type in your details in the next text box.

    If you prefer you can type your prescription powers in here along with any other information you would like to make us aware of.

    Pupil Distance Pupil Distance

    To get you the best possible vision we need to know how far your eyes are apart in mm.

    If you have high prescription powers or normally have your lenses thinned down you will require high index lenses. High index lenses compensate for high prescriptions and provide a more natural vision and are thinner and lighter. Prescriptions with powers great than + or -6 Sph. with an opposite Cyl to + or - 2 should tick the box above. If your prescription is higher than + or - 8 then you should email a copy of the prescription and we will offer further advice.

Children’s sports goggles glasses with prescription lenses

These glasses have been designed with a range of ball sports in mind. Unlike normal glasses which would be totally unsuitable for ball sports like football. These glasses have a tough frame capable of withstanding impacts. The frame has a patented center split to allow the high impact lenses to be fitted and then clamped into position. The clamping ensures that despite the impact the lens can’t come out of the frame causing injury. Providing the glasses meet the 3 requirements below, the match referee should allow the player to participate. Safety: All glasses must be safe to the player concerned and everyone else participating in the game. Sports Band: an elasticized band and not temple pieces should secure to the frame. Players must have something that will be secured tight to the head so that the spectacles or goggles won’t fall off. Polycarbonate Lenses: This is the most important property of all protective spectacles or goggles. This material is virtually unbreakable and will sustain the impact of a ball or finger.
