    1. Details of the eye test results, which can be uploaded for a file or attached as a picture. If you prefer you can simply type the prescription powers into the text box provided.
    2. We require a PD measurement, which is the distance between pupils. For a more detailed explanation follow this LINK

The junior Spider is designed for all activities and lifestyle uses, from the mountain to the beach.  Bi-molded temples featuring soft grippy rubber ensure they stay on the face no matter what the activity.  Medium-sized frame in shiny black fitted with category 3 grey lens.  Optical class 1 polycarbonate lens for maximum strength and UV protection.
