When taking part in a sports activity lens misting is a common problem. When you are active your body temperature rises and with a colder temperature on the outside of your glasses or goggles, you have the classic for fogging. This gel is easy to apply, you rub the gel on both sides of the lens. Leave the coated lenses a minute to bond and dry. Then using the soft cloth provided polish the lens clear
